GothicPLUS from LAB Enterprises is owned and operated by LAB Enterprises, Lori Anne Brown Owner. All credit card payments will appear on your statement as "LABEShops". All money orders must be made payable to "Lori Anne Brown Enterprises" or they will be returned.


General Policies of GothicPLUS from LAB Enterprises


All items are shipped US Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation, FedEx, or UPS usually within 3-20 business days (depending on item and manufacturer) of your payment being received & cleared* (for US Customers). Some items ship direct from the manufacturer for fastest delivery - all international orders ship from GothicPLUS from LAB Enterprises in Lake Mary (Orlando), Florida - International customers should allow up to 20 days for shipment. Please note: Some of our items are handmade or custom-made items and many are purchased directly from the artisan. As these are often made in small batches or per order, be sure to allow extra time for delivery - see item descriptions for more information.


If you need something by a particular date, please be sure to remark it in the comments and we will do everything possible to get it to you by your required date. As we deal with a variety of manufacturers, please know that we cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date unless it is an item we have in our current inventory.


Inventory: Our most popular items are kept in inventory as much as possible, but as we carry thousands of pieces in dozens of colors and size choices, naturally not all items are stocked. All items are ordered as soon as your payment is received and generally ship within 5-10 business days. Imported items, such as Alchemy Gothic from the UK and items imported from Egypt or India can take 2-6 weeks depending on Customs offices - holiday times are especially backlogged with customs and we recommend ordering gift items as early as possible. Shoes and some other items ship within 2-3 business days.


Be sure to check the email account you used when placing your order. Your receipt as well as any questions or problems with your order and status changes will be sent to this address. Please check it for typographical errors when placing your order. You can also log onto the site at any time to view current order status, tracking numbers, etc.


Privacy Policy: We do not share our customer information with any other company nor do we sell our mailing list. Customers will only receive email from websites/entities owned/operated by LAB Enterprises. Credit card numbers/records are NOT printed or retained by LAB Enterprises or any of its' websites.


Security and Shopping

We use a secure shopping cart for your protection and ease of shopping. You can add as many items as you like to your cart. Then Go Checkout once your order is complete. First time customers will have to enter information and set up a password, but once you've ordered from us, you can log in at anytime to check the status of your order as well as place additional orders with minimal typing. Tracking numbers and other information will be available as soon as your order ships. Backorders or other notations will also be made here, so be sure to check it if you have any questions before you contact us. Registered customers may receive very occasional emails from us - I generally send notices when I've added a lot of new items, am having a special sale, etc. Our customer list will not be shared with anyone else and I promise such announcements will be at a minimum.

For your security and protection please do not email credit card or other personal information! Use our cart only or email us for a link to a secure message area only we can access.

Receipts: Our Shopping cart provides a printable receipt upon completion of your order emailed to the address you provide when ordering. Please keep this for your records and refer to the Order Number it contains when contacting us. If you do not receive it, you most likely gave an incorrect email address and it has bounced. Any orders with bouncing email addresses are held until you contact us, so if you do not receive a receipt within 48 hours, please email us. Please always include your full name, order number (or auction ID), and email address when contacting us for faster response. A receipt is also mailed with your order for your permanent records.


Payment Information:

We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover (issued in the US, Canada or UK - see International Orders below for more) as well as Money Orders. We also accept Paypal, Wire Transfers, Western Union and others for International Orders. We cannot accept UK Switch cards at this time. We are investigating other methods for international orders - if you would like to recommend something, please contact us.

Select your payment preference in the shopping cart. See International Orders if you are outside the US. We ONLY ship to the billing address of the credit card and verify all addresses to protect against possible fraud and our customers against stolen credit cards or accounts. For fastest service, please make sure you use the correct address when you order.

We also accept money orders sent via US Mail (payable to Lori Anne Brown Enterprises), Western Union or other payment methods upon request. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS due to the long time it can take for them to clear (up to 30 days!).

All orders must be paid within 15 days or order will be automatically canceled unless other arrangements are made. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND SENDING CASH THRU THE MAIL and assume no responsibility for lost or stolen payments. If sending a payment thru the mail, we recommend sending it with Delivery Confirmation or other trackable method. We use a PO Box for maximum mail security, but even that is not 100% safe, so please use common sense when sending mail payments to us or any shop.


Shipping, Handling & Other Charges

Shipping charges vary per item as naturally some items are much heavier and more expensive to ship than others. See the cart checkout for shipping charges based on the items you've selected. We always try to be fair and are still working out the best shipping charges for our items. All credit cards are manually processed and excessive shipping charges will be adjusted automatically by us.

Large Items: Many of our furniture and large items can only be shipped via Freight Truck in the Continental US and delivery charges to your delivery address will be quoted after you place your order. Any item above $500 must be paid via Money Order, Cashier's or Certified Check, or Western Union. All items will be delivered with Signature Required. These items are non-returnable and will be exchanged in cases of freight damage ONLY. See individual item description for more information. We may be able to arrange delivery of these items outside the Continental US on a case by case basis. Contact us for more information.

PLEASE NOTE: Some of our items cannot be shipped to certain areas or countries due to Post Office regulations. See USPS.com for restrictions for your location. We are not responsible for any items held or confiscated by customs or similar agencies and any refunds will be issued upon our discretion only if we recieve the shipment back.


International Orders

Unfortunately, there has been a high amount of fraud committed from some countries. If you are outside the US, please read this section before placing your order. Orders that do not follow these procedures will be automatically canceled.

Payment Information: All payments must be in US Dollars ONLY. If you are in Canada or the UK - we accept payment via Visa or Mastercard, or Money Order. Other Countries - we accept International Money Order or Wire Transfer. In all cases we require prepayment and confirmation of your shipping address - we do not accept 3rd party payments or ship to address other than a verified address.

We except credit cards issued in the US, UK or Canada. We accept cards issued in other countries on a case-by-case basis. To protect both parties from possible fraud, we verify all cards thru the Visa Address Verification Service and/or similar methods. Additional information may be required for some orders and all orders over $300 are re-verified with the card holder before being processed. We DO NOT accept credit cards issued in the following countries: Malysia, Indonesia, Nigeria, any African Country, or Pakistan. See above for more.


We prosecute attempted fraud! All fraudulent orders are reported to the FBI Internet Fraud Division.



Refunds and Returns:

Cancellations & Refunds: Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of sending your payment/order. Orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to return policies below if order has been shipped, or a $5 cancellation fee if item is not yet shipped. FULL Refunds will be given on canceled orders only. You must email us a cancellation including your order number and full name to orders@labeshops.com - please make the subject line Cancellation of Order. You will receive a confirmation email or other information if your order has been shipped or processed.

Exchanges: Exchanges are accepted though are subject to additional shipping charges and the fees below. Custom made items are NOT returnable or exchangeable.

There is a 10% handling fee for exchanges plus shipping charges for replacement item(s). Customers must return item to us at their expense prior to new item going out. All items must be in an UNWORN, UNUSED, unmodified condition with tags/packaging and/or other items in place. DO NOT remove tags before trying on any clothing item(s)!

Returns: Returns are accepted within 15 days only. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless incorrect or defective item was shipped. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. No returns will be accepted without prior notice - be sure to email us if you which to return or exchange an item. A return authorization (RA) number will be provided that must be included on the shipping label of your return. Delivery of any items without a RA number on the label will be refused with the carrier and returned to you. DO NOT RETURN ITEMS TO THE MANUFACTURER or no refund or exchange will be given. Return items to GothicPLUS from LAB Enterprises only.

Please allow extra delivery time for custom or individually made items.
We will notify you of any backorders usually within 5-10 business days.
